About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meeting and Events Coordinator to join our team at C&E Recruitment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Meeting & Events in a 4-star hotel in Buckinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all M&E bookings from initial enquiry through to final accounting
  • Provide a consistent first-class standard of service to all customers
  • Maintain consistent standards of service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensure the smooth running of all M&E operations
  • Implement departmental SOP standards

Requirements
  • Experience in an M&E office role within a hotel
  • Computer literate
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for the industry
  • A real people person and a good team player
  • A good clear telephone voice with excellent spoken & written English and good administration skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
