Senior Hotel Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Hotel Events Coordinator to join our team at a 4-star hotel in Gerrards Cross. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of meetings and events, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining consistent standards of service.
The Role:- Manage all aspects of meetings and events, from initial enquiry to final accounting
- Provide a consistent first-class standard of service to all customers
- Ensure the smooth running of all M&E bookings
- Develop and implement departmental SOP standards
- Salary of up to £30,000
- 40-hour week
- 5 days on, 2 days off

The Person:- Experience in an M&E office role within a hotel
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated, with a passion for the industry
- A real people person and a good team player
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
