Job Title: Senior Hotel Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Hotel Events Coordinator to join our team at a 4-star hotel in Gerrards Cross. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of meetings and events, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining consistent standards of service.

The Role:
  • Manage all aspects of meetings and events, from initial enquiry to final accounting
  • Provide a consistent first-class standard of service to all customers
  • Ensure the smooth running of all M&E bookings
  • Develop and implement departmental SOP standards

The Person:
  • Experience in an M&E office role within a hotel
  • Computer literate
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for the industry
  • A real people person and a good team player
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
