What's involved?

Dealing with and processing all enquiries for any conference and or functions
Recording and processing all bookings, cancellations and amendments promptly
Taking bookings for accommodation
Conducting show-rounds to all potential clients
Producing and presenting the weekly M&E forecast
At least 2 years' experience is required within Meeting & Events coordination with the knowledge of the Opera system
