Senior Meeting & Events Coordinator

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is working in partnership with a boutique hotel in Slough to find a Senior Meeting & Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a popular wedding destination and contribute to maintaining its top reputation. As a Senior Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for dealing with enquiries, processing bookings, and conducting show-rounds to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all conference and function enquiries
  • Record and process bookings, cancellations, and amendments
  • Take bookings for accommodation
  • Conduct show-rounds to potential clients
  • Produce and present the weekly M&E forecast
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience in Meeting & Events coordination, with knowledge of the Opera system.
