About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Training Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the client experience from start to finish, working closely with trainers and external clients to book venues, prepare training materials, and coordinate dates and times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service
- Coordinate training sessions, including venue booking and logistics
- Prepare and distribute training materials, including presentations and handouts
- Invoicing and reporting
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a professional services environment, with a focus on administration and client-facing work
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience in training or event management is a plus
