The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Director of Monitoring and Evaluation Services. You will be responsible for leading our MEL practice area, providing technical oversight and guidance to teams, and advising on performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of MEL strategies and policies;
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams on MEL-related activities;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize performance improvement opportunities;
  • Design and implement performance monitoring systems to track progress;
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the MEL practice area.

Requirements:

  • Possess in-depth MEL technical expertise;
  • Have strong leadership and management skills;
  • Be able to take on multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Be able to travel periodically to explore new business opportunities.
