Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Computing Educator and Mentor to support the Department of Engineering's undergraduate program at the University of Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering computing teaching primarily in the first two years of the course using Python and microPython, with some support provided to more advanced courses that employ a range of languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver computing teaching in the first two years of the course using Python and microPython
  • Support more advanced courses that employ a range of languages
  • Direct the activities of Teaching Assistants and demonstrators
  • Develop relevant teaching material
  • Participate in course development related to computing

Requirements:
  • PhD in a related area or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Teaching qualification

Estimated Salary: £42,500 - £52,500 per annum
