Inclusive Workforce Developer

We are seeking an Inclusive Workforce Developer to join our team in Cambridge. As an expert in disability inclusion, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to create an inclusive work environment.
You will work closely with our internal teams to integrate disability inclusion into all aspects of our work. Your skills and experience will enable you to provide high-quality training and support to our staff, helping them to better understand and address the needs of people with disabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing inclusive practices across the organisation
- Collaborating with internal teams to integrate disability inclusion into our policies and procedures
- Providing training and support to staff on disability awareness and inclusion
We offer a competitive salary of £49,000 - £54,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
