Role Overview

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Organisational Development Manager to join its Learning and Organisational Development Team. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to developing a safe, responsive, and effective workforce.

About the Job

This 12-month fixed-term contract covers senior management secondment periods, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Leadership, OD & Learning to deliver an exceptional learning and organisational development service.

Main Duties
  1. To support the Associate Director of Leadership, OD & Learning in delivering an outstanding learning and organisational development service.
  2. Maintaining and developing key relationships across all directorates to enable our workforce to provide high-quality patient care.
  3. To engage sub-teams within the L& OD team to work towards common goals and align business processes and evaluation techniques.
Person Specification
  • Educated to Masters level or equivalent knowledge and experience in relevant fields (e.g., HR management, Learning & Development, Workforce Education, Organisational Development, CIPD).
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
Benefits

  • Annual leave entitlement: 25 days per annum, increasing by one day for each full year of service up to a maximum of 30 days per annum.
  • Bereavement leave entitlement: 3 working days.
