Special Education Support Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Support Professional to join our team at Future Education. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with students aged 5 to 11 years old who require tailored support to navigate their learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement among students.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing valuable feedback to the teaching team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly those with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), is highly desirable.
- A relevant qualification in education or child development, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certification, is preferred.
Compensation Package: The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary of £88,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
