EdEx Education Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Special Education Support Professional to join our team in an Outstanding Primary School based in Ealing.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or individual passionate about supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with ASD requirements.
  • Use creativity and imagination to develop engaging activities that excite and inspire pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with specialist teachers, therapists, and inclusion staff to create a supportive learning environment.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has a passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to thrive.
  • Has previous experience working with children, ideally in a special educational needs setting.
  • Is creative, confident, and able to use their innovation to create fun and exciting activities.
  • Has a strong commitment to supporting those with Special Educational Needs.
