Role Overview
Remandy Education is seeking a qualified Special Education Professional to join our team as an Academic Tutor. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support in East London.

About the Role
This is a highly rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a Learning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of each student.

Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to provide personalised instruction and support
- Employ various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning difficulties
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student requirements

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN qualifications
- Proven experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective teaching strategies
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students with special needs
