Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Special Education Support Professional to join our team at CER Education Recruitment. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires dedication and compassion.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the classroom teacher in developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure student development and progress.
  • Assist in the implementation of behavioural interventions and strategies to support positive behaviour management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with special educational needs is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Benefits:
  • Paid weekly: £22,000 - £25,000 per year
