Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned Chief People Officer to join our leadership team at 15gifts. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and driving our mission to power virtual sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a people strategy aligned to our business goals
  • Lead, grow, and develop our people team
  • Own the people budget and ensure effective use of investment
  • Define our Employee Experience and develop policies, procedures, and programs that deliver on it

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the talent acquisition function
  • Implement strategies for attracting and retaining exceptional people
  • Ensure our hiring process meets the core needs of the business

Employee Engagement and Development:

  • Lead the design and implementation of development and training programs
  • Foster career growth and advancement opportunities
  • Measure employee engagement to facilitate continual optimization

Performance Management:

  • Establish a consistent and effective performance evaluation process
  • Drive a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement
  • Implement a rewards and recognition program that aligns with our values

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Implement a pay review process in line with our values
  • Design salary benchmarking, compensation programs, and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

  • Champion DEI initiatives and integrate them into all functions
  • Develop and track metrics to measure DEI progress and impact
  • Promote a culture of belonging and fairness for all employees

Employee Relations and Compliance:

  • Promote effective employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with relevant labor laws
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters

Requirements:

  • Extensive people and culture leadership experience in a fast-moving SaaS business
  • Proven ability to define and lead a best-in-class Employee Experience
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop those skills in others
  • Experience in building and owning people strategies from the ground up
