The Role: As a Customer Support colleague, you will learn, grow, and develop within an inclusive organisation with genuine values focused on putting people first. You will help our customers side by side in one of our branches, or work from home, doing your best to help the person at the other end of the line. You will learn to make the most of your best talent – helping people.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You are a people person – honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required).
  • You have the ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
  • You have the passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity – taking time to resolve queries and giving our customers confidence in the service you're providing.

Salary & Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a wide-ranging benefits package, including a generous pension contribution, annual performance-related bonus, share schemes, and discounts on shopping and travel.
