Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services and coordinating patient care. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Healthcare Services: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
  • Patient Care Coordination: Coordinate patient care with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations, to diagnose and treat residents' physical and mental well-being.
  • Medication Management: Prescribe medications and administer treatments as needed.
  • Wound Care and Skincare: Provide wound care and skincare services to residents with various skin conditions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration in delivering high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • DEA License
  • Previous experience in long-term care
  • PTO
  • Malpractice insurance

Travel Requirements:

This Clinical Lead position may have travel requirements. Some of the possible locations where facilities are located are listed below:
