We are seeking an exceptional Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to provide clinical leadership for our primary care team. As a clinical expert in your field, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, manage complex cases, and implement the most up-to-date treatment methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the primary care team
  • Act as a role model, maintaining professional standards and appearance at all times
  • Support senior clinicians and be part of the daily leadership team
  • Provide clinical input for all patients, ensuring patient safety and the management of complex cases
  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and discharge or refer patients independently of medical intervention
  • Contribute to the educational and professional development of the nursing team through clinical supervision sessions and formal teaching opportunities

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (Adult), NMC registered or qualified Pharmacist Registered GPHC
  • Evidence of continued professional development, including prescribing qualification
  • Experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment (desirable)
