Job Description

  • This role will involve providing administrative support to our care teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors.
  • Providing accurate and efficient typing support from written and recorded material.
  • Supporting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in the delivery of corporate/strategic objectives and administration tasks.
  • Preparing and submitting data relating to petty cash and wages totals monthly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all relevant residents' documentation.
  • Providing financial invoicing and information to clients (or next of kin).
  • Processing Social Services Assessment forms, invoice, and liaising with the Social Services' Finance department.

Requirements

  • You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
  • You will have experience in providing administrative support in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
