As a Support Staff Member, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care. You will also provide companionship and emotional support, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team. As a Support Staff Member, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Document client activities and report any significant changes in client needs
  • Maintain regular communication with line managers and office staff

Benefits:

  • Average hourly rate of £14.00 per hour
  • Travel expenses reimbursed at 30-45 pence per mile
  • Full paid training and ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Minimum one-hour visits to ensure clients receive quality care
  • Flexible work schedules to suit your needs
