Non-Medical Care Worker

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly clients, supporting them to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and household tasks
- Engage in conversation and provide emotional support to clients
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A valid UK driving license and access to a car
- The ability to work on alternate weekends
- A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on clients' lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
