About the Role
This Companionship Care Worker role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a member of our team, you will provide companionship and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Companionship Care Worker will include:
* Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
* Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
* Engaging in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation, such as exercise and hobbies
* Building strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following requirements and qualifications:
* Full UK driving licence and own car
* Residence in our franchise region covering Hatfield, WGC, Potters Bar, Borehamwood, and surrounding villages and areas
* Right to Work in the UK
* Ability to work flexibly and build strong relationships with clients

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £14.00+ per hour, averaging over £16.00 per hour including benefits. Our benefits package includes:
* Basic pay rates of £12.00+ per hour
* £0.30/per mile travel - £0.45/per mile when travelling with or for a client
* Newly introduced, £12.00 per hour paid during travel between clients (restrictions apply)
* Continuous PAID Professional Development - our staff have the best Award Winning Training
* Minimum 1-hour visits - no short visits when you join us
* Paid Holiday and Pension Contributions
