The ideal candidate will have experience in providing support to individuals with complex needs and behaviors, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

  • Provide 24-hour support to a young non-verbal gentleman in his own property
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support the gentleman in his mobility vehicle and participate in regular outings
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience in providing support to individuals with complex needs and behaviors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months of employment in the UK
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
