About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our small, dynamic team dedicated to improving services through participation and co-production. As an Engagement and Participation Worker, you will be responsible for supporting and overseeing organisation-wide engagement activities and co-design projects with service users.

You will also plan and support regular CFHD participation groups for children and young people and parents and carers, using community engagement skills to recruit and support participation volunteers.
