You will have the opportunity to collaborate with external partners, contribute to transformational projects, and represent the Trust at regional and national forums.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead on organisational design and development projects to enhance staffing efficiency and improve job satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver strategies to foster a positive working culture, support career development, and improve work-life balance for staff.
  • Contribute to transformational projects that promote innovation and continuous improvement, addressing skill mix demands, aligning workforce plans with national NHS initiatives, and supporting clinical transformation projects.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders, produce high-quality reports to inform decision-making, and represent the Trust at regional and national forums.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is £52,760 - £70,030 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
