Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as an Organisational Development Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving change and improving outcomes across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational development, with experience of leading on complex projects and developing strategic partnerships. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organisational development strategies to improve performance and drive change
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including frontline staff, senior leaders, and external partners
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to support the development of the organisation

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., organisational development, human resources)
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
