As a Strategic Resourcing and Workforce Partner, you will play a vital role in shaping our future workforce strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain and develop talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement a comprehensive workforce plan that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives
  • To lead on the development of resourcing strategies to meet business needs
  • To work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective solutions
  • To manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job planning to onboarding

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
