Job Description:
  • To shape and deliver innovative workforce solutions, ensuring a skilled and sustainable workforce aligned with our vision for the future.
  • To lead on workforce supply, retention, and organisational design initiatives, working in collaboration with key stakeholders across the Trust.
  • To combine strategic planning, data-driven insights, and innovative thinking to build a workforce that thrives in todays healthcare environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A trusted advisor and change leader with experience in strategic planning, workforce analytics, and organisational design.
  • Able to provide expert advice to stakeholders, produce high-quality reports, and represent the Trust at regional and national forums.
  • Demonstrable experience in workforce supply, retention, and organisational design, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
