Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity to join a market leader in the public sector?

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team as a Sales Consultant, responsible for achieving profitable stairlift sales targets in the public sector market.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customer-focused solutions throughout the sales process, representing the Stannah brand and promoting our world-class stairlifts.

You will be part of a dynamic sales team, contributing to sales meetings and training sessions to develop your sales skills and knowledge of the public sector sales process.

The ideal candidate will have existing sales experience, a personable character, and a willingness to learn.

  • Achieve forecast sales, revenue, profitability, and other targets set by the Sales Management Team.
  • Support Sales Management to achieve Company Sales Objectives and Tasks.
  • Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Understand the sales and key account process required within the public sector to develop optimum sales skills.
  • Enhance business by building new relationships and prospecting for new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Sales Experience with evidence of target achievement.

Salary Information:

Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, paid monthly. Profit Share Bonus Scheme: 10% of Group Company profits, paid quarterly. Holiday scheme: buy extra days' annual leave.
