Results-driven Car Sales Professional Wanted
KPI People, a renowned automotive retailer, is seeking a driven Car Sales Executive to join their established team in Luton. In this exciting role, you will contribute to the company's sales success by consistently meeting or exceeding targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and promoting our range of new and used vehicles.

Your key duties will involve engaging with customers, presenting vehicle options, and identifying opportunities to sell additional products and services. As a seasoned car sales professional, you will leverage your expertise to build strong relationships with customers, address their queries, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in car sales, preferably within a franchised dealership environment. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle complex sales negotiations, and maintain accurate records will be vital to your success in this role.

This rewarding opportunity includes an OTE of £50,000 per annum, based on 20 units per month, plus a generous package of benefits, including a company car, private health insurance, and pension plan. Working hours will be standard Monday to Friday, with every other Sunday as a day off.
