Executive Sales Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Sales Specialist to join our expanding Aylesbury office. As a trusted talent partner, we play a key role in shaping our clients' success by strategically aligning their recruitment efforts with their growth goals.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role that involves collaborating with our sales team, with mentorship from Business Development Managers and support from our Learning & Development team. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, meeting weekly KPI targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, particularly in industries such as recruitment, estate agency, or sales. They will also have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this role is around £42,000-£50,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
