At the Lastminute Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our dynamic team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various activities necessary for the full implementation of multi-channel projects across the UK and Ireland markets.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience in the B2B channel or business development for digital products sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospective partners, organizing first meetings, negotiating key deals with the Partnership Director, analyzing KPIs for each partnership, conducting market analysis and competitor monitoring, managing day-to-day relations with partners, overseeing operational flows of ongoing activities, coordinating with different business areas for project execution, and internationalizing the business by opening new markets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Good public speaking and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and short-term objective focus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Attention to detail and data analysis.

Additionally, you will need to be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have a professional knowledge of English (spoken and written). We offer a competitive salary of approximately €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as flexible work arrangements, including 75% on-site and 25% off-site work, and opportunities for growth and professional development.
