Main Responsibilities- Provide a welcoming and efficient Reception Area experience for patients and staff
- Support clinical staff with administrative tasks, including data entry and record management
- Manage diary appointments and process referrals
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient queries
- Work collaboratively with the wider admin team to achieve shared goals
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- NHS pension scheme
