Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Support Team Administrator to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our clinical teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Main Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient service to our service users and clinical staff. This will include managing appointments, processing referrals, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be required to provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including answering telephone calls, logging visitors, and managing room bookings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential. Experience of working in a busy office environment and using digital dictation systems would be beneficial, but training will be provided as required.
