Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Client Services Administrator to coordinate key administrative tasks across the full lifecycle of client acquisition and management.
About the Role- Client Acquisition: Efficiently gather and manage financial information from third parties, ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date, and support clients through the onboarding process.
- Client Liaison: Prepare meeting packs, manage DocuSign documents, process applications, and handle client queries with confidence and professionalism.
- Clerical Duties: Provide essential support to colleagues, assist with reception duties, and maintain a tidy and presentable office environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Confidence in communicating with clients.
- A keen eye for detail and high ethical standards.
- The ability to diligently follow through on tasks to completion.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills, with our company supporting career progression. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
