Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Transition Manager to join our team at Quilter's Advice Hub. This role is critical in ensuring seamless transitions for our clients, particularly those acquired through mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal and external stakeholders to guarantee minimal disruption and optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the transition of clients into the Advice Hub, ensuring continuity in messaging and setting up clients and advisors for success.
  • Work closely with selling advisors and the Advice Hub team to deliver pre- and post-acquisition activities.
  • Oversee the entire client transition process, including data analysis, reporting, and change management.
  • Schedule future acquisitions and resource planning across all Advice Hub advisors in collaboration with the leadership team.
About You

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial services, preferably in project management or senior advisory roles. They should possess strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they must be delivery-focused, confident in data analysis, and able to lead through influence.

Benefits

Quilter offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
