**About Harrison Scott Associates:
We are a specialist recruitment agency serving the print and mailing industry. Our mission is to provide exceptional recruitment services to our clients and candidates.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in administration and project coordination.
About the Role:
- Assist the Client Services team in managing client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Coordinate multiple mailing campaigns onto the Tharstern MIS system, dealing with daily queries and tasks.
- Work closely with the Data Team, Print Team, and Operations Team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Provide regular pro-active contact with existing and potential clients to enhance their experience.
- Maintain and develop knowledge within the mail and post industry to support professional development.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance client experience and business performance.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in administration and project coordination.
- Knowledge of direct mail, mailing fulfilment services, and UK and International postal services.
- Experience with Salesforce and Tharstern MIS (training provided).
- Microsoft Office Package: Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
