We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Language Matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting client information, building relationships with clients in the banking sector, and collaborating with the Nordic Sales team. They will also ensure accurate reports are prepared and dealt with effectively.

This is a junior role that offers the opportunity to build a career path within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be productive and driven, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting client information to set up new accounts
  • Building relationships with clients in the banking sector
  • Collaborating with the Nordic Sales team
  • Preparing accurate reports
Requirements
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in client services or customer support
  • Degree in finance, banking, or economics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
