Client Services Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing administrative support, and contributing to the development of care plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses to queries;
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation;
- Assist with the development of care plans, risk assessments, and MACH forms;
- Monitor and report on client progress, identifying areas for improvement;
- Support the Rehabilitation Support Team Lead in supervising and developing staff members;
- Coordinate meetings and events, including client meet-and-greets and quarterly supervisions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field;
- Proven experience in client services or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Familiarity with CQC legislation and standards.
Salary: £33-37k (dependent on experience);
Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave;
