Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing administrative support, and contributing to the development of care plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses to queries;
  2. Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation;
  3. Assist with the development of care plans, risk assessments, and MACH forms;
  4. Monitor and report on client progress, identifying areas for improvement;
  5. Support the Rehabilitation Support Team Lead in supervising and developing staff members;
  6. Coordinate meetings and events, including client meet-and-greets and quarterly supervisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field;
  • Proven experience in client services or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with CQC legislation and standards.

Salary: £33-37k (dependent on experience);

Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave;

Location: Ealing, London W5;
