About the Role


We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to support our dynamic legal training team as a Client Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training events.



Responsibilities



  • Assisting in the administration of training events and courses, including coordinating with trainers and clients;
  • Liaising with clients to confirm details of in-house training sessions;
  • Troubleshooting issues with virtual platforms when necessary;


Requirements



  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • High level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Advanced English written and oral skills;
  • Experience within the training or events sector is advantageous;
