About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative function, you will be responsible for assisting in the administration of training events, maintaining high-quality service delivery to clients, and developing strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training event logistics, including venue management and delegate communication.
  • Liaise with trainers and accreditation bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the maintenance of accurate records and reports related to training events and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Training or Learning & Development environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
