About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Account Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a Brand Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering targeted sales for our luxury brands in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee sales in your assigned territory by delivering individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives.
  • Develop business by building relations with customers and visiting them periodically.
  • Ensure effective territory coverage by visiting customers regularly and providing a consistent level of service.
  • Drive customer recommendation by providing effective brand, product, and visual merchandising training for your customers' sales and/or dispensing staff.
  • Deliver presentations of new and seasonal collections to clients at least two times per year for registration of orders in accordance with the adopted annual plan of the Company.
  • Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Support local and international events and trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Keep product range at clients' outlets, quality and quantity of stock, and store supplies under control.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services.

Requirements

  • A 'can do' attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Effective planning and implementation of a customer contact strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong Apple iPad and PC skills, including competent use of Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably an understanding of the Optical Industry/world.
  • A full, clean driving license.
  • Demonstrable customer service and selling experience, ideally in a field sales environment.
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree.
