Job Scope and Main Responsibilities

As a Frames Brand Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering targeted sales for your brands and territory. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guaranteeing sales in your area or assigned clients/products by delivering individual targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and brand distribution and penetration objectives.
  • Developing business by building relations with customers and visiting them periodically.
  • Ensuring effective territory coverage by visiting customers regularly and providing a consistent level of service.
  • Driving customer recommendation by training customers' sales and/or dispensing staff on brand, product, and visual merchandising.
  • Delivering presentations of new and seasonal collections to clients at least two times per year for registration of orders.
  • Following up new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Supporting local and international events and trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Controlling product range, quality, and quantity of stock and store supplies, and ensuring timely order input and execution.
  • Identifying and resolving client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services.
  • Guaranteeing respect and correct deployment of commercial policy.

The successful candidate will require a number of key competencies and abilities to succeed in the role, including:

  • A 'can do' attitude, being performance aware and responsible, and continually striving to improve.
  • Effective planning, implementing an effective customer contact strategy, and demonstrating a consistent and effective customer meeting schedule.
  • Being an active team member, creating internal and external business partnerships, and showing willingness to share ideas and support other members of the team.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong Apple iPad and PC skills, including competent use of Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably an understanding of the Optical Industry/world.
  • A full, clean driving license.
  • Demonstrable customer service and selling experience, ideally in a field sales environment.
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree.
