Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage cash flow to maintain financial stability and make informed investment decisions.
  • Oversee internal controls and financial processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, including auditors, banks, and stakeholders.


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A proven track record as a Finance Manager or in a similar position.
  • Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.


Competitive Salary:
£60,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
