Job Description

This Business Graduate role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key contributor in driving business growth and development. During this 15-month program, you will have the chance to rotate across four business units, gaining valuable insights into sales, engineering, and economics.

  • Scope, plan, deliver, and monitor defined projects across multiple work rotations.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business, promoting effective working between teams and branches.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Support problem-solving efforts to ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Undertake other tasks as required to contribute to the success of the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will ideally:

  • Hold a high-level degree or master's qualification in a relevant field such as business, economics, sales, or engineering.
  • Have experience in working abroad or studying overseas.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business processes.
  • Possess a proactive and independent working style.
  • Show strong planning and organizational abilities, including administrative skills.
  • Become a skilled relationship builder and stakeholder manager.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and curiosity.
