Our Graduate Management Training Programme is a highly respected programme that provides university students with real-world professional business experience. As part of this programme, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire the highly marketable skills and experience that you get when you're helping to run and operate a successful business.

You'll be assigned to a branch office for hands-on business training, where you'll have the opportunity to put into practice all that you've learned so far while at university. You'll also learn more hard and soft skills than you ever thought possible.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Professional, you'll have a comprehensive introduction to our Graduate Management Training Programme. You'll learn about management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service, and will have the chance to work on various projects and initiatives.

You'll be expected to take on responsibilities such as:

  • Developing business plans and strategies
  • Analysing market trends and customer needs
  • Managing budgets and resources
  • Leading teams and mentoring colleagues
Qualifications

To be eligible for this programme, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence
  • You must not have any drug or alcohol related offences on your driving record within the last five years
  • You must be willing to relocate to Swindon for the duration of the programme
