About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing technical support and maintenance, and collaborating with various departments to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
As an IT Systems Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing quick and effective support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Setting up and monitoring cybersecurity protections to safeguard our systems from emerging threats.
  • Maintaining and upgrading servers, workstations, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Helping to plan and roll out new technologies and system upgrades, documenting every step to ensure successful implementation.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest in tech and security practices to help us stay ahead.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience in IT systems administration or support, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of networks, hardware, and software, with a willingness to go the extra mile to help users.
  • Clear communication skills to simplify technical issues for non-technical users.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on providing friendly, timely support.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.

What We Offer
