Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Systems Specialist to join our client's main dealership in Burnley. As an expert in vehicle maintenance, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicle makes and models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
  • Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience as a vehicle technician and/or relevant and up-to-date qualification.
  • MOT qualification preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot issues.
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
  • Stocked toolbox for work.

Benefits

  • Basic salary up to £35,000 per year, plus bonus and OTE.
  • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with Saturday morning on rota.
