We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client's team in Burnley. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality assurance processes and standards in the automotive manufacturing sector.
The successful Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes in the manufacturing setting for a specified OEM client. This will involve identifying potential areas of improvement in product quality and proposing solutions. Regular product and process audits will be conducted to ensure adherence to quality standards.
The role requires collaboration with the Engineering & Manufacturing department to enhance product integrity. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Specialist will handle customer complaints regarding product quality and implement corrective actions. Participation in quality improvement projects is also expected to increase customer satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate records of quality assurance activities is a crucial aspect of this role. Furthermore, assisting in training staff on quality assurance procedures and standards is required.
