Reliability Systems Specialist

- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the global IT team to provide comprehensive support to our extensive user network, ensuring seamless system operation and user experience.
- Plan, build, and deploy user workstations, incorporating the latest applications and tools to enhance productivity.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to hardware, software, and networked devices, utilizing logical and systematic approaches.
- Manage and configure 365 user accounts, allocating suitable licensing and setting up mailboxes efficiently.
- Deliver both on-site and remote support to our global user base, providing personalized assistance and guidance.
- Support our mobile telephony infrastructure, sourcing and configuring devices, enrolling them in MDM, and offering end-user guidance.
- Analyze and troubleshoot connectivity issues, encompassing LAN, WAN, WIFI, and other network-related problems.
- Effectively manage service desk tickets, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Comply with and adhere to all CRCE/Site QHSE project-related procedures, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Perform duties safely and efficiently, in accordance with Company QHSE policies, and report any safety concerns or incidents.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
Skills
- Strategic problem-solving using logical and systematic approaches.
- Exceptional customer service.
Experience
- Supporting the following technologies:
- Microsoft Active Directory.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic PC/notebook hardware support.
- Antivirus technology and procedures.
Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
