About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Manager to collaborate closely with stakeholders at every level to dissect organisational processes and identify strategic avenues for automation and process enhancement.

As a Process Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, optimising customer experiences, bolstering our control framework and streamlining operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage Six Sigma principles to pinpoint and enhance organisational processes, orchestrating seamless coordination among stakeholder groups.
  • Craft meticulous documentation, offering clear insights into current processes, identifying areas for refinement, automation, and optimisation.
  • Employ data analysis to glean actionable insights and garner support from key stakeholders, establishing robust measurement systems to track process performance metrics.
  • Lead cross-organisational efforts to drive process improvements, employing lean principles to eliminate inefficiencies and streamline operations.
  • Take charge as a project manager, meticulously planning timelines, resource allocation, and project milestones, collaborating closely with change and third-party teams to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee post-implementation reviews, evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives and identifying opportunities for further enhancement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, serving as a trusted advisor on Six Sigma methodologies, empowering teams to embrace a culture of continuous improvement and drive sustained organisational success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Six Sigma Process Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering tangible and lasting cross-organisational improvement projects.
  • Certification in Six Sigma methodology (ideally Six Sigma Black Belt).
  • Experience with Power BI, Visio or similar tools.
  • Exposure to implementations of automation and tooling.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deal with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • A methodical approach with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload with strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
